Day 1 – Learning sensory analysis

  • Blind and illuminated tasting
  • Decoding perceptions: retro-olfaction, sensory vocabulary, perception thresholds
  • Creating organoleptic analysis grids

Day 2 – Practical commercial application

  • Customer questioning techniques and relationship management
  • Developing a sensory sales argument to highlight products
  • Practical sales exercises in real-life situations
