Our commitments
Dans le Noir?
A committed and responsible company
By employing nearly 50% of people with disabilities in mainstream employment, without specific aid or subsidies, we prove that a company can be innovative, high-performing, and committed. For over 20 years, beyond an invitation to rediscover our senses, we have defended strong values of inclusion, diversity, and social responsibility.
Our greatest pride: proving that it is possible to be high-performing while being an independent company, proud of its diversity, committed, and responsible.
Édouard de Broglie, President and Founder of Dans le Noir ?
Inclusion and diversity at the heart of our DNA
We have made diversity a wealth and inclusion a strength. 50% of our employees have disabilities, and we are convinced that their expertise and sensitivity make our experiences even more unique. Through our personalised support, we give everyone the means to express their talents.
A positive and sustainable social impact
Since 2004, we have been working towards a more inclusive society by changing perceptions of disability and inspiring other companies to follow this path. We collaborate with associations and commit stakeholders to promote equal opportunities and access to employment for all. Each year, we are committed to donating a portion of our profits to associations working in areas that directly affect our teams, thus reinforcing our concrete and supportive commitment.
A commitment to responsible gastronomy
Our restaurants adopt an ethical and sustainable approach: we favour seasonal products from short supply chains and work with environmentally friendly partners. We have also reduced food waste through optimised management of our 100% surprise menus.
Innovating to have a positive impact
Our group is in constant evolution: after the restaurants, we have developed immersive workshops, an escape game, sensory spas, and even a perfume inspired by darkness. Through these experiences, we raise awareness among our customers about the benefits of disconnection, the richness of diversity, and the importance of perceiving the world differently.
