In each of our restaurants, the dining room teams made up of people with visual impairments play a central role. They welcome, guide, and provide a unique experience, inviting each guest to discover a new way of perceiving the world. Their role goes far beyond service, which is why we rightfully call them “guide-servers.” This reversal of roles lies at the core of Dans le Noir ?’s mission: to change perceptions and raise awareness through experience.
