Our surprise menu

When having the surprise menu, visitors do not actually know what they are going to eat.

During the dinner, visitors try to guess what they are having, leaving free run to their taste, smell and even touch sometimes… A sensory guessing game starts between visitors who get to find out what they actually had once they get out the dark room; and… that is where the surprise reaches its peak!

At Dans le Noir? the approach of ordering is a bit alternative. We do not actually ask you what you would like to eat but rather what you cannot eat. We take into account all your dietary requirements when taking the order so we always make sure you won’t have any ingredient you are allergic to or prefer not to eat. Thanks to these precautions, every visitor has the opportunity to fully live the experience and enjoy the great excitement of the surprise menu.

As a small light in the dark…some of the visitors prefer knowing what they are having before, so they are able to focus on the actual taste of the ingredients during the experience not being biased at all by the sight. The option of a “à la carte” menu allows us to please every of our visitors and delight everyone according to his desires.
