Our restaurant in complete darkness

An ante-room allows visitors to enter the restaurant without any intrusion of light. Dans le Noir? has special security systems and emergency exits which have been approved by the Authorities to ensure that customers can dine in complete safety.

The ordering is done from the lit bar before going to the dark room. We ask visitors to come 20 minutes before the actual sitting time so they can enjoy a cocktail, get a full understanding of our concept and explanations and order.

Our blind staff is really more than just waiters but rather become your guides in this completely unknown environment. One of our guides comes to the lit area, brings you to the dark room and then takes care of you for the whole experience in the pitch dark. He sits you, serves you food and drink but before all familiarize you with the dark. You will be surprised to realise how comfortable you can feel in this complete new and unique atmosphere.

Customers are encouraged to use the toilets before moving into the dark restaurant in order not to interrupt their experience. No one is allowed to move around in the dining area without the assistance of a guide.
