Sense is the leading national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deaf blind. They provide expert advice and information as well as specialist services to deaf-blind people, their families, carers and the professionals who work with them. They also support people who have sensory impairments with additional disabilities.
Dans le noir? and Sense organized a Wine auction at the end of the year 2007 and together, raised £5290. In September 2008, Dans le noir? offered a unique sensory dinner that allowed Sense to raise up to £2108. Dans le Noir? added another 10% of this dinner turnover in donation to Sense. On top of that, via Sense’s collective boxes, £110 have been collected last year.
