Use of the on-line reservation system
Information
This system of reservation enables you to reserve one or more covers in the Dans le Noir ? restaurant of your choice.
In order to be able to reserve, you must be recorded beforehand. The registration will open an account for you on the system, which will enable you to be identified and save your contact details. For your registration, choose ?Registration? in the menu on the left. Then complete your name, your first name, your telephone number, your e-mail and a password. All the fields must be filled. These data will be used only for the procedure of reservation. When your account is opened, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation.
You will be able to modify your contact details anytime by identifying you, then by choosing ?Your contact details? in the menu of left.
The link ?To reserve? on the left menu brings you to the reservation Home Page. First of all, it is asked to you for which restaurant you wish to reserve. When you select a restaurant in the list, a you have access to a list of services available. Below, it is proposed to you see the list of service of the month or directly the services of the day.
The posting of the services per month presents a calendar to you. For each day of the calendar the services available are posted. To reserve ones service private individual, click simply on the icon located on the right of the hour of the service.
The posting of the one day services indicates all the services available corresponding to you. Simply select then to validate with the button.
You will reach then a page asking for the hour of your arrival (if several are defined), and for how many guest do you want to reserve. If you are not identified yet, a form enables you to continue the reservation, but you will have to give your e-mail and password.
All your choices will be sent to you on a confirmation mail. . It is still possible for you to modify your choice at this stage. Using the confirmation button, you book your reservation. You will then receive a mail with a recall of the schedules and number of guests.
You will be able to modify the number of guest or to completely cancel your reservation after identification, then by choosing ?Your reservations? in the left menu. If your modification is too close to the reservation, it is not possible any more for you neither to modify nor to cancel your reservation via this system. You will then be invited to join the restaurant directly with telephone.
